Our Voip telephone service as well as obvious spyware have been noticed and as far as possible documented. I have contacted the Cambria county district attorney last year and am planning on doing so once more. I was informed it was best to notify the provider as I did with Breeze line two years ago. I touched the reset button. 🙂 He spoke to a lady on Sunday morning who said the passcode on the bottom of the Rooter might work, so I tried and it did connect, but all of our denies are saying "connected without internet." I've been expecting a call back, but maybe there was a misunderstanding. I also figured you guys were getting slammed. If there is something I can do to reconnect, let me know. Otherwise, I guess we need to set up a visit. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience, and appreciate your time. |
